Sony do have a track record of making smaller playstations. So why wouldn't they do it with the PS3. It might not happen in August or even in 2009 but it will happen.
I'd like a PS3 to use as a media player in my spare room. Would I prefer one that was smaller and possibly cheaper? yes.
No Beach has never been touted as the banisher of the xbox and the saviour of Sony.

A stock Civic Type R will SPANK a stock Cayenne.
I think your mixing up your Cayenne and your Caymen.
A 911 turbo is only 2.5 seconds quicker round the top gear track than a Civic Type R. Even a Turbo Cayenne wouldn't get a look in against a Civic. And a Teg would eat it for breakfast.
I haven't played inFAMOUS so I can't comment on which is better.
What I can say is that Prototype is one of the most fun games i've played in years.
But if Nintendo and Microsoft drop prices too will it make a difference to the sales ratios?

The best way not to F*** up a game movie is to have Americans fund it and do the CGI. Have British writers and actors. For it to be filmed in UK / New Zealand. And for it to have proper games fans as editor and director.
And for Uwe Boll to be locked up in a Siberian prison camp while everything is being filmed.

And 19 games take up 24.7 cm x 19cm x 13cm. much more than a HDD sitting inside your PC/PS3
Then you have to get up open the box put it in your drive. All i do is point my remote at my TV and have instant access to all my movies and TV shows instantly. Once the PS3 has a big price drop i'll be buying one to use as a media player in my bedroom. But i'll never buy a BluRay movie ever.

As a big fan of all that is Norse I love the sci-fi twist on the story of Ragnarok. Too Human 1 was just the start, the battles in 2 & 3 should be epic.
